My guys will do the plumbing, electrical and roof but I’d like a painter for the walls, ceilings and kitchen cabinets.

.- popcorn ceiling in bedrooms + living room- kitchen white laminated countertop and cabinets, with oak trim- kitchen appliances all white except the microwave is stainless steelplans so far:> already planning to  add recessed light in the living room (and remove fan) (kitchen already have recessed lights), bedrooms have the fan> paint oak to white (kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanity )> kitchen countertop - granite or quartz?

Tiling of bathtub surround and floor in bathroom; new cabinets, sink and countertop in kitchen and extending non load bearing wall in kitchen; repairing cracked and missing plaster on walls/ceilings; painting walls and ceilings;  and some minor electrical work.Any recommendations for someone good and, yes, inexpensive?

They are simple requests like a toilet is running and a cabinet door is loose but also larger requests like needing the entire house painted and that half of the window screens are missing.

The biggest projects were recessing a medicine cabinet, replacing old transformers under cabinet lights, replacing the old carpet in bedrooms with French Oak planks, replaced dated light fixtures in every room, and making the entire home automated and smart (Alexa enabled climate control, blinds, lights, TV, etc.)

I am seeing some creative things at open houses recently--movements of kitchens to allow an island or peninsula, 2nd bathroom additions in where the old kitchen was, replacement of parlor heating with central forced heating & cooling or electric mini-splits, putting refrigerator in where the build-in cabinets was.

Would definitely need new interior paint, flooring, kitchen cabinets, appliances, and sure there's other minor and cosmetics to be found.1a)  Would I need/want a general contractor for all of these renovations or do I need a "handyman" for most of these items but maybe the GC or separate vendor for the roof/major areas?  

I've seen them in small apartments under the kitchen counter in place of cabinets, if you have the space with a water hookup for the washer.
