I’m looking for an experienced, knowledgeable, proactive tax strategist in West Michigan that can help me be proactive in creating a tax strategy that minimizes what I’m giving to Uncle Sam and takes advantage of the many opportunities afforded to real estate investors, farmers, etc.

But it will get you started.I'm over in Michigan and was able to secure a 200k loan for my home at 2.8% interest....and I've heard of people getting even lower than that.

If so, given that this is an incredibly desirable place to live with continued growth/development prospects, I would not pay too much attention to day 1 "cash flow" (as would be an important factor in, say, Monroe MI or some dying industrial place like that).
