That being the case, the investments you make are absolutely, certainly the right investments...for YOU.Now, as for emerging markets, I'm more comfortable with making a strategic bet on an emerging market than I am on a strong market.

I've been able to get this info  from the permits office (they have to get permits to build) but I want deeper insight on how to strategically pinpoint that this is taking place.

Give yourself permission to go fishing on occasion (or similar) merely to strategize by yourself.

But they left a few key things, and it struck me as odd, if not strategic that they didn't do these until after inspection - despite the MLS listing these items, and agreeing that all were included/to be done home before I even made an offer2) The Home inspection came up with a few more things.
