I think all US paper currency will be outlawed in the next 3 years (some story about the Chinese selling $ quality printing presses to N Korea that make better currency than we do).

I would not try to press the forgery issue.

I am finding that some press reports are claiming a crash but prices nationally are close to flat (less than 5% down).

These days though, you'll be hard pressed to find someone who will give you a revolving credit line on a house that is not your primary residence!
