You start networking, meeting with people, finding investor groups and telling them how you can help.Also, passing the exam is just the beginning,  you need to join a brokerage, then start paying fees to memberships to associations, to lock box services, to mris etc...

That will get you onto wholesaler mail lists,Gor to social media sites like Facebook and research the Groups for ones in your area that have a membership of folks similar to you.Good luck...

I don't mind at all paying for the yearly memberships but ultimately, it seems they all want you to join their "education program" and pay $15,000-$30,000.

I have read almost every article on BP and feel like I’m starting to get it.Over and over I have read that I should seek a mentor or join a local group to network.I looked into several in the Tacoma and Seattle area.Is it common to have to join and pay a membership fee for these meetings?
