You go girl!

Hey everyone, my name is Alan, I'm 43 and am a father of 4 girls!!

I am sure that I will have to spend many more nights looking for a deal that will be worth it I am just curious on what you guys and girls have to say!

I am the mother of 2 girls and I just want to be able to provide the best for them.

My girl is also a realtor and is constantly on MLS searching for deals.

A family man with a little girl (3) and boy (1) with an amazing and supporting wife.

I would also check city rules here too, I know some cities in Colorado limit how early we can start loud work, while this is rarely enforced, you could be accused of trying to squeeze out the other tenants by being having the construction noise be a nuisance for them.

The alarm system was installed because my wife (city girl) really wasn't to comfortable living in the country.After i installed the system she has never worried again, she just sets it when she gets home. i have a mobile app that i use to control the system and can i get alerts for all activity.  

Especially in California where you are going to more than likely be accused of engaging in foreclosure consulting, which would require registration and licensure in all but a few very specific exceptions.

Your accusations are being directed at us (the sellers), but they should be directed at the Property Managers at the time.All this said, we have everything corrected... we are aligned with an excellent PM group, and are able to see that you currently have 7 out of 8 properties RENTED and paying on time.
