Yes, you can have them send as 'friends and family', but that's in violation of the agreement you make with Paypal and likely has fines attached.Even worse than the fees/fines are the fact that the person paying you can "dispute" the payment at any time during the future, meaning Paypal will suck that money out of your account.

@Khemaro Nuon - I see these as being a superior option for Selling if you want to capture some portion of the sunk investment AND receive what could be a higher than market interest rate (not usury) on the balance while also potentially capturing some portion of future value WHILE also preserving a non-judicial path to resolution of breach.I've used a Land Contract to sell because of all the points listed above plus more.
