Demo is coming along.  

How would one even go about knowing there's a demo order on a house?

Same with my real estate lawyer - the check reminder worked here though.Best one yet - prospective contractor for demo and rebuild (age 32), asked me (50) if I was doing this as a hobby ( total cost including purchase initially $1.5 million. ) Err no ... and he didn't get hired!

All excluding land costs and in Denver.I finished a 7 unit town home project in August 15, near Sloan's Lake - we finished at $165 per ft - this is demo to door bell with all costs includedI am breaking ground on an 8 unit south of Sloan's in about a month - I am estimating $185 per foot again demo to door bell.

If you hire a licensed general contractor to do the demo, they are the one liable for the lack of asbestos testing.

when you hire a babysitter to let you and your significant other go out for a nice dinner date. just to end up at the newest property tagging items that need to be demoed on the way home.

I have had my kids help tear out carpet or demo kitchens - not because I had to but because they had so much fun doing it!

The land value  and demo costs might   decide it.

Ryan Dossey  I am pretty sure I put the roof on ... but the guy who I sold it too and flaked out he did the demo work... it was weird he put a decent down payment and I think he made 4 payments then went totally dark...
