@Joe SplitrockTheir move-in list is 3 pages long, handwritten on legal pad zip paper...most of the issues are marks and scratches type of issues.

They should have equipment that can get down and deep in the carpet, but I'm not sure if the temperature gets hot at the carpet pad or not.
