I really like my bank because it never gives me grief, I never get BS charges, and Rose always says "Hi Steve" when I deposit rent checks, but they don't do HELOCS at all. 6) Some are simple; simple to the point of making me concerned I need to check the fine print while others are so complicated I needed a drink after being told the rules.7) Some require a paid appraisal. 

Offer to buy people lunch or drinks in exchange for a glimpse of their job sites at different stages of completion.

Its not super structured or anything like that, just a bunch of people with similar interests meeting up for a drink and some convo about real estate.  

I’m new to the Baltimore area and looking to find some friends interested in starting an accountability group, where’d we meetup a couple times a month over some coffee or drinks during a happy hour, discuss goals, and encourage each other and/or give advice on reaching those goals.

I didn't go out and party and drink like most of the other military guys; after work, I would sit in my room and study and learn about investing and just save as much money as I could.

Eating out, alcohol, Starbucks, and long showers are all pleasures.
