Is it possible to get the best of both worlds?

Real estate has not appreciated historically.If this is A+ neighborhood it's not the worst deal in the world.

I just starting in flipping in Jan 2018 and was looking for my second flip property as my first was starting to wind down, so I decided to explore the online auction world.

I can tell you that with the bigger pockets calculators  "other income" doesn't factor into the equation when calculating property management fees based on a percentage of monthly income, and I would imagine this would be the standard in the property management world. 

Everyone can panic thinking the world is going to collapse over trade, tarriffs, war in Israel, Russia, China, North Korea, climate change, fires in the west, or you fill in the blank.  

. $200 before utilitiesI ended up using a portfolio lender for this property, as I could not get approved for a conventional loan, due to a 12 month sabbatical I took to travel the world.
