@Matt Toeneboehn sounds like you have 1 year to establish relationship with 2-3 each of: handymen, electrician, HVAC and plumbers.Also, find a real estate agent that knows how to show rentals and do MoveIn & MoveOut evaluations for a fee. 

THings like are they bonded or are they a licensed electrician? 

For example, drilling holes for the electrician and plumbers, doing cleanup after the contractors day is done.

I will be chasing carpenters, electricians, plumbers, oil and gas.

Unless you:1) can be there EVERY day or at the least be available to be there daily2) know who to call (plumbers, electricians, framers, window installers, roofers, landscapers, etc. etc.) 3) know how to manage sub contractors 4) know what order to have the sub contractors in to do their work5) can provide a detailed SOW6) (if needed) can produce or otherwise provide something resembling a building plan for your sub contractors to work off of7) can estimate take offs (or at least can you confirm a sub's take offs?)

Im an Electrician in NYC and have started with our first 2 family house hack.

Raw labor if someone needs a place cleaned out to specialized skills (electrician, book keeper, lawyer, engineer so good with the math, computer skills for a web site, marketing skills, great on the phone).2.

A concern of mine is the cost of having full time employee vs part time employee (greeter/maintenance) + contractors (handyman/tree service/electrician).

We should strengthen our local network improve our buyers/sellers list and make referrals to each other like electricians, plumbers, construction guys, etc.
