(As I said, Idaho tends to be wedded to how things always were, in the past, & reluctant to adopt new things to Idaho.)

I love a couple of my friends to DEATH - they got on his bandwagon and I'm glad they did absolutely - We all went on a road trip to a friends wedding last fall (19 hrs driving one way) -- we listened to a lot of Ramsey podcasts on the way.

I might replace the dishwasher with a new white one to match the refrigerator, microwave and stove--white theme is ok for rentals in my book (watch a few youtube vids on this replacement unless you have done it a few times)...

Stop by on a Wed or Thurs and the guy that teaches the class even wrote a book he'll give you for free detailing the whole process with charts, graphs and actual conservative examples of how practical this strategy is.
