Unfortunately your hands are tied on this one, if she brings that dog in I believe you have no choice but to allow it.Personally if I was in this situation, I wouldn't try to hide this fact from the other tenants.

Why can't people just be real these days instead of all the smoke and mirrors.I don't know how they can sleep at night.Many people have been convicted and in prison for filing BK and hiding assets.I posted a story of a broker in GA who is serving time in prison for this.
