We are okay now, but any added stress, which includes even texting.

In some situations, a lender will allow for someone who didn't originate the loan to continue making payments, until the lender changes their mind.

I'm a bit lost in this foreclosure situation.

I explained to her the situation and she said I was the 3rd person that shared this with her.
