I ordered the part and when it came in, it was wrong (still not sure if I ordered the wrong one or they shipped the wrong one) so had to reorder.The whole thing took about 3 weeks to fix from the time they first made the complaint.

We did actually lower rent in order to keep tenants right at the beginning of the crash, as they were starting to jump ship for lower rents.

I've had both and there is no comparison to running your own ship, and dealing with a bunch of yahoos on a HOA board, voting in a bunch of increases to the dues for their own agendas.
