@Brian Paine I think you are definitely on the right track with your why!

Realty Doctors provided a good product for the money, granted I signed my construction contract back in 2020 so I had rapid appreciation to cover some of the growing pains.

I don't think we have 2008 on our hands again but we will see pain from this.   

We could use some advice based on Florida statutes.We have tenants who’ve increasingly proven to be a pain.

It pains me to no end when you have the credit score, the capital, can get private secured and unsecured as well as bank loan funding that when I want to go after deals that you think may make sense and actually cash flow, every real estate agent I have tried to talk to in Ohio seems to not want to pull up and send me any of the actual specific information for any of the properties I have inquired about.

Budgets for items like pre-C of O taxes, marketing, engineering inspections, utility connections, amenity furnishings, and consultant construction administration fees were underwhelmingly represented or in some cases, not at all present in their plan.

I started and posted my deal analysis here on the BP forms, it was removed and the site's administrators informed me that it was of there opinion to be an advertisement for a potential sale.I'm going to continue to analysis deals and store them, I'll post them to my facebook and I'll start a blog where they'll be kept. 

While I *can* make all three payments, it will be painful until COVID restrictions are relaxed and I start getting income from my investment property.

I didn't understand what people meant before, but now that Im looking into it...its painful.

We are unsure if these are 2 pain panel boxes or if one is a sub panel of the other, as we could only remove the cover and evaluate one of the panel boxes.
