Do you want to purchase and rehab properties in a different state because if so, that will require you have a good team and boots on the ground wherever you are thinking of doing that.There is no problem at all with purchasing turnkeys.

Have your lender extend your closing date - this is totally possible - it would be silly for the seller to start from ground zero again, i.e. find another buyer and then wait for that buyer's financing.
