You can also just order doors but cabinet door world seems to take 3-4 weeks.Thanks Marian, I thought about just painting/refinishing the current cabinets but like I was saying in the above post, we are aiming for a high appraisal on the rehab (comps in the area all have 42" tall cabinets, not 30's which I should have mentioned in the OP) which is in a pretty nice area.

Now to OP question about keeping up.  

To the OP - If they're simply being slow and it's apparent the PM isn't making things happen, find a new PM or if possible, self-manage.

And this is a general question I've wondered, not really aimed at the OP.

A properly managed unit has rent near market, regular inspections of the unit, significant issues addressed timely.If the unit is properly managed, the turnover is an expense that does not result in the upside presented by the OP. 

If you've made it this far, remember OP asked for the logic of why we have the rules.

While it’s obvious when you think about it that his losing bid was only $1,000 more I bet 90% of the people who read the OP, like me, thought he had bid $9,000 more.

I think it is time for the OP to withdraw from all communication with the neighbor....it isn't going anywhere good.
