I was just pointing out that in Orygun.. wholesalers who do not provide a sellers disclosure risk losing the deal and also have to return any EM that has been put into escrow or given themI do business in 15 plus states and its rare to get a disclosure from a selling OREO broker I do get them in MS .. for example.. every state of course is different. I
