I think we lose focus or have an irrational thought process that a pod cast on BP is more than what it is  Entertainment..

Just because some one write s blog on this site or does a pod cast does not an expert make them..

Real estate is hyper local so it's hard to cast a blanket statement.  

There's a belly in the cast iron sewage line that's about 10' long and about 40' from the house causing the sewage to settle and "back fall" a bit. 

A year or so ago I was a guest on the BP pod cast titled "building a real estate empire at a young age"  check it out here: BP podcast show 124.

This would include things like the shower fixture, any cast iron drains, and potentially even the tub (although I am always tempted to keep the old tubs).

Oh an by the way when you have time check out BP POD CAST. 

If the "great" Greenspan can't know the future, certainly don't expect the current cast of characters to know.
