Central or Western Mass, maybe?

Western Maine has an interesting set of issues for REI I think.

I don't know that area as I work primarily the western suburbs. 

Chicago neighborhoods seeing strong gentrification (in no particular order).....Avondale, West Logan Square, Hermosa, Humboldt Park (North of North Ave. or between Western Ave. and California Ave.), Albany Park, Irving Park, Rogers Park, West Edgewater, Pilsen/Heart of Chicago, Little Village, Mckinley Park, Bridgeport, East Woodlawn (east of cottage grove) and Bronzeville. 

I work with quite a few clients who have done this here in the Chicago western suburbs, and one of the things I always tell them is that the area building stock really determines whether or not this strategy is viable.

Where I live and operate in Western PA, a 3/1 in C or D class isn't impossible to rent, but in A and B class properties in some nearby areas?

In my experience in Western PA, finding quality subs to do smallish jobs reliably is very difficult.

Hello, I'm trying to find someone in the western New York area who had done some wholesale deals.

In the area of western NY where I invest it never had the large upswing and it still continues to grow at 4-5% a year.

We've been doing business on the western side of the state and mid-Michigan for seven years.
