I agree we probably won't see 3% for a while, but let's be real, every ~10 years there is some kind of "event" that triggers a recession of some form and sends the banking industry into panic-mode.  Rates

Better to have at least some moderate quality photos of an added amenity rather than none; by spending 100 dollars every time this happens, costs accumulate quickly, which more than exceed the cost of a professional camera. 

Diversification is vital to ride out and moderate the ups and downs of various economic cycles - being 100% in anything=dumb. 

So my question is...do I spend 2/3 of my cash on this one property or stick to my original plan and look for three properties with a more moderate cash flow?
