I know there are slip fees (if the slip isn't included in the purchase price) and I'd be shocked if there weren't some sort of HOA fee to pay for docks, walkways, garages, and depending on the marina utilities.On the positive side, you get waterfront property and a unique draw for tenants.

Even though they are shipping containers getting them from one place to another maybe the largest cost in acquiring them.The shipping container properties I have seen also required a lot of regular preventative maintenance.
