I would appreciate any advice on getting Insurance for SFR in Mississippi.I'm looking to grow my inventory of SFR but I am unsure where I can go to get them insured.Currently I have 4 rentals and my primary home with Nationwide witch limits me to a total of 4 rentals only and I have to have my primary with them.Any ideas on where I can go for insurance to grow my rental inventory.State farm told me "As far as the rental properties go, our guidelines state that you would have to have your current home in place with us and clear of claims for 36 months before we could write the property."

@Michael McDermottClosing quickly is going to be difficult with the new TRID guidelines, which are nationwide and affect all lenders.

There were only 10 we could find nationwide with that color + nav + moonroof that were 2012-4 units.  

I ditched them and moved everything to Nationwide.

This is largely due to the substantial investments made by major corporations like Intel, Honda, Nationwide Children's Hospital, and Wexner Medical Center in the area, generating a wealth of employment opportunities.

I do not have the funds to furnish the whole unit, or I would have thought about doing mid-term since I am less than a mile from Nationwide Children's Hospital.

I invest all over the country including land in Shasta County and Northern California so I use a nationwide title company, First American Title Company.

I am not in the industry anymore, but if you contact the Georgia Mobile Home Association, they can connect you with the modular and manufactured builders in the area, like Palm Harbor (built in FL but shipped to GA), Fleetwood, Jacobson (built in Fl but shipped to GA), Nationwide Homes, etc. 

There's a reason very few parks get built nationwide every year.
