I finished them so quickly that when I stood up the monitor thought I wanted to go to the bathroom.My recommendation is to go with something that you have a better grip on the quality.

You are going to need someone local to monitor the situation otherwise the best you can do is terminate her at the end of the lease.This is one of hundreds of reasons why I highly recommend only having M2M leases.

The reason for the two phones is that one is work related which has the email app on for business/work emails, contacts, etc that the IT department gets to monitor even though I own the phone and the number.The other phone I use for personal apps and emails.

This garage currently has electricity running to it from the main house...and I need to separate it, as I will be using it for material/tool storage for myself.Utility company will not let us add another meter .I've called two utility monitoring company, but can't get them to call me back( too small I guess)I definitely want it separate from tenants electric , what have other done to achieve this?
