Section 8 rules aren't anything crazy things like no exposed wires, reset buttons on outlets in kitchen and bath, carbon monoxide/smoke monitors, windows in working order etc.

We monitor all their "auctions" in our target areas and bid on hubzu auctions almost weekly. just be aware they are not really auctions, they are auction format marketing tool for the banks.

Connect with your local RE groups, monitor Zillow and other sites for properties that interest you, maybe write some letters to property owners in your target area and otherwise be active. 

And you have to be monitoring if they pay the taxes or not as a note owner.

I'm going to continue monitoring the MLS for deals and make offers on them. 3.  

@Devan Mcclish When you sub-meter you need to figure out who will actually be monitoring the meters.

@Brady Jones We signed an agreement with the company that puts in the equipment and does all of the monitoring/ repair of their equipment so they have the password/user agreement with the residents.

I use FF 2.0.0.16 with a 19" monitor...no odd display problems at other sites.

* For monitoring payments, in situations like this do people just write checks to the seller?
