Its a win for the tenants only paying for utilities that they actually use, and a win for you as owner reducing your expenses, & eliminating your risk of utility cost increases.

How is that spring market of huge price increases?

For example it is waterfront, is a flat cleared lot next to a tourist attraction with insufficient parking, it is positioned next to a church or other type of building that may need overflow parking, in between to meticulously maintained houses, or in an amazing school district.

This (hopefully) generates more revenue than the home would otherwise attract as a single family home.
