I have enjoyed every pod cast immensely up to this point, but this one was definitely my favorite because it allowed you guys to get deep into very effective content.Other podcast formats are great for getting the tip of the ice berg on various aspects of REI but never allow you to really delve into specific topics.Please use this conversational format more often!!

you can ask for whatever you want, but understand that most contractors dont listen. especially if you have not worked with them before.you are climbing a steep hill.. get your winter gear, ice picks, snow gloves and bundle up. will be a long trip to the top. is it worth it?

I feel that I would be able to find a potential and trustworthy renter on my own and I heard that the Seattle law to rent to the first qualified applicant was recently struck down, which is huge.

Way back people thought they would never need a fridge because they got ice delivered everyday. 

Have had one small piece of trim knocked loose, fridge door was ajar and had some ice build up, and the worst was someone broke the locking mechanism on a window.
