She continue complaining about moist and we hired a Home inspector/mold specialist on July 29 2013 and he recommended a mold remediating specialist that will conduct the process in record time from August 12 to August 15.

Seems like a great spot for a hotel or apartment complex but I don't think anyone would touch it unless the city agreed to pay for some of the demo and remediation

Also, keep an eye out for an oil tank... in my neck of the woods they are one of the biggest issues with old houses and can cost thousands of dollars if they have leaked and the soil needs remediation.

My gut instinct is they are a major things that should be remediated and instead they are temporarily patch the issues whether it be heating, air, roof... anything else.4 of the units have month-to-month tenants and the remaining unit currently has a tenant with a 12 month lease in place that goes until April 2017.
