Some times I look back at my real estate investing career and reflect - it really wasn't easy (glad I had a wife to support me when things didn't go as planned) - the seminars - the courses - the books - all the good advice and the useless classes - it seems as if I was always looking for and chasing the next secret formula to real estate wealth - the short cut to the big profits - it was like a big game TRIAL AND TERROR!

Most have free trials and some, like Innago, are entirely free.

My day job is being Technical Supervisor of a Clinical Laboratory.

An attorney will never guarantee you can win at trial, a CPA will never guarantee you won't get audited and an inspector won't ever guarantee the house they just looked at won't fall apart.  

How did you manage your portfolio while still being clinically busy?

Took research, trial and error and experiences to grow.

Obviously, management (good management that is) is important and not easy to find, it requires some trial and error when venturing into a new area.

So now I feel comfortable the property's ARV to be at least 90-91kOn the pay sites call up and ask for a two day trial, most will let you have it.

These tips are the learned result of my own years of trial and error – I didn’t have a mentor.
