Hello bigger pocket family ,My name is tanisha and I’m new to this site and still New to investing , i have a a couple of rental properties under my belt but this next deal i was thinking of buying a bundle deal of single family homes at once from a seller that is offering 1-5 SFR or 1-3 SFR all at once for a good number i was wondering were there financing out there for multiple SFR under one mortgage and what are some stipulations , pro and cons about this Thanks

If you think real estate can't lose all it's value,  you obviously haven't been to the rust belt!

If you end up replying 8 months from now, I better have a few properties under my belt or I am going to be very mad at myself.

The best skill to learn is how to market yourself.2) Cinch the belt as tight as it will go and slam your debt.Real estate is get rich slow with high risk.

I had a 9-5 job at the time and despite being motivated it was TOUGH to come home and put on the tool belt for a few more hours. 

I want to get my first deal under my belt by the end of this year but really haven't got a feel for what strategies are used in my market or even what the market is like.
