Those programs are not for me and the path I have chosen is to study mostly free resources (I've bought a few books and audio tapes spending under $200) and networking with investors online and in person (I have spent around $200 on this).

Commercial leasesI think Bryan pretty much covered everything that should be included in a well-rounded CRE forum.If there is a downside by having a commercial forum it's the fact the wolves will come out in droves to try and pitch their wares, offer 100% financing, sell a commercial tape with 30 brokers in the chain etc.I think a commercial forum should require verification of the poster and a higher post count to post before they can post.

Theres 2 levels of HM lending; institutionally where it's some HM business that you have no connection with, possibly find online, and in my experiences these have the most red tape and fees by far.
