After the sale the money was wired to my account at 3pm  I remember sitting in my car looking at my phone and seeing my bank account on my screen and $186k,  I was numb the whole day, drove around for hours going no where, then later I cried, because I internalized all that negativity for years and years from my own family (I wanted to start RE when I was 17,  I almost gave up numerous times rehabbing that house, their voices kept creeping in telling me I was stupid, I can't do it.F Them dude, stay away from them, and make YOUR life better.

Without extraordinarily significant increases in job growth and wage increase rates (six digit percentages or better), probably not. ....and eventually, the voice of reason chimes in.  

But, I've got a nagging voice in the back of my head saying "don't get greedy, cash out now!"

In your area, do you go and visit your local city and voice your concerns.

However, his view on not buying houses doesn't make sense for the following reason (I know he's echoing something Robert Kiyosaki said as well so I'm countering some credible voices).Anyway, it costs more to rent an equivalent home than what you would buy. 

Matt, one reason i enjoyed stansberry interview with lacy hunt is when asked point blank will there be a "debt jubilee", which is what stansberry has been selling hard for some time, he got completely shut down by hunt.Really worth checking out, brilliant guy, but haaard to listen to him talk in highly technical terms with his slow monotone voice.

., and we're still able to participate in the forums and voice our opinions on topics that affect real estate, etc. 

I've gotten my UPS mailbox, a google voice number, filed my LLC, and created da websites.
