I am looking at starting to purchase rentals in the SE Portland, OR and Overland Park/Olathe, Ks area.

You can add on a nationwide check but I do not believe this is a real check per se. 

They can handle renters policies and deal with properties all over the SE coast.

Not because they are bad goals, per se, but they are growth oriented, not good deal oriented.  

If you make $40K in net SE income you will be able to contribute over $30K of that into self-directed Solo 401k plan. 100% of these funds are available to you to invest the minute you make the contribution.

@Kazumi Boyd it’s not a bad time to buy per se, but in high cost locations you have unrealistic sellers that truly make it an affordability issue.

None of those requires college per se.

Education does not need to be connected to your work per se, but rather improve your current work skills (or be required as part of your job with CEs for attorneys, accountants, etc.).I don't think it was missing.
