Also, I don't believe that Sacramento possesses certain advantages that NYC and San Francisco possess relative to its neighbors (commuting cost and time).This proposal would seem to be very good news for property owners area outside the city of Sacramento.

Regardless of whether any box is checked in § 10.6.1, the Due Diligence Documents to be delivered by Seller to Buyer on or before the Due Diligence Documents Delivery Deadline pursuant to § 10.6.1 include copies of any of the following, to the extent they exist and are in Seller's possession: utility bills and property tax statements relating to the Property for the last 12 months; architectural drawings, blueprints, as-built construction plans and any other plans or specifications regarding any improvements on or to the Property; certificate(s) of occupancy or other governmental approval(s) regarding any improvements on or to the Property; warranties, manuals, instructional brochures or similar materials relating to the Property or Inclusions, or their use, operation or maintenance; inspection, soil, drainage, percolation and similar reports relating to the Property; and if a well exists on the Property, a CREC-approved Listing Firm's Well Checklist completed by Seller, current as of the date of the Contract.

We're going to talk tonight but clearly he wants out of lease or to be reimbursed for "his 40 hrs of cleaning" or lost use or something, even though we had unit professionally cleaned prior to him taking possession of apt and he was in it 2 times before signing lease (which was the 3rd time).

If you don't pay on your commercial loan the lender has to take possession to get whole, rather than being made whole by a backstop.

What disappointed me is that PM did not look into the legal possibility of getting a Writ of Possession signed and indicated to me that it may be July or September or even indefinitely before the Court could act on our case.
