Like John said, it depends on a ton of variables. i worked at the state, so it wasn't hard to match my income with cash flow 😂, but I am probably doubling or tripling that number now. 

REIVAULT has probably tripled my business on the way to quadruple it.

If you haven't rehabed a property before, take how long you think it will take, and triple it!

So I can rent it to my company triple net and wright off the mortgage utilites etc but nothing more I guess

That is why long term triple net leased buildings are valued greater than, and sell at lower Cap Rates than say, a building where the owner is paying for utilities, responsible for maintenance, etc even if both buildings generate the same NOI. 

No buyers inventory has tripled in past 90 days. 

This goes double, triple, quadruple, 10X for your first one.

I usually triple check my bids so I don't bid on that type of property.There were 2,401 certificates sold that were 10% or higher in rates.When I filtered to only show the 0.25% winners, I did see almost all banks, funds or LLC names.

Should triple my investment on this one!!

Ask lots of questions and lay out your plans to lenders as well as triple checking with locals who know that market really well.
