The trend is towards mobility, career flexibility, less material possessions/minimalism, ability to travel, having less children or no children at all (i.e. less pressure to purchase a house), postponing or foregoing marriage...

I dont wanna talk to them and just start bashing them for all the negative stuff I've read on here so how should I phrase it to try and get the info I need?

Here is the trend I see in my Seller financed deals...- Majority of the sellers are older window women.- Properties were on the MLS and were not advertised as seller carry.- 60+ DOM- My offers have been presented to the sellers as a written letter from me outlining my plan and who I am, prior to a formal contract.- Sellers have owned the property 10+ years.- Seller have had some attachment to the property... mostly emotional.Hope this insight helps someone.Frank
