Depending on the age of your home you may can get more bang for your buck with better windows, and exterior insulation covered by an attractive siding, this could also help more with resale.

Falling insulation made it look swampy like a rain forest. 1 joist (As seen in the picture) had been reinforced, otherwise, none of the others had been.

Use Cozy.co like many here and make it simple on yourself, and insulate yourself from the tenants.

Always get the crawlspace cleaned up and re-insulated (this cause the appraiser to call out additional items which delayed closing).

When the area is mandated 85%+ home ownership that creates insulation from degrading, AND it's where people WANT to be.

We found out that there was no insulation in the walls, one of the tenants decided to open it up for us in a brawl he had with his "girlfriend". 

If the mobile home does not move or shift then it is essentially a box that can be built to any standards.Many of mine have 2 x 6 walls, insulated thermal windows, metal or shingled roofs, three-quarter plywood floors and many other features that house’s do.
