I'll cite the highly dramatic strip search, with female officers present, of the woman who cops "mistook" as an aggressor (in other words, she was aggressive to the responding officers which makes her an aggressor) where the documentary maker showed the husband saying, "She felt penetration" and referring to it as a "rape".

It only took a week to fix it up, but sat vacant until January, longest by far, and it's a cute 3/2.5 single family with one of lowest rents in neighborhood, so we factor that in now and don't buy in the fall.

I tried to get the woman at the city to give us the dumpsters, but they still charged us. 

One woman I evicted left me a used tampon in the oven on the rack! 

My 1st flip was a cute little brick ranch that had lots of character left in it and it was fun restoring it.

So if you really want to gain control of the property and solve this woman's problems, you could buy her 2008 note, negotiate with the subsequent borrowers, and the underlying.
