In terms of actual zip codes - a lot of out of state folks are immediately attracted to Waterbury, Bridgeport and Hartford due to the price points.

I think the thing that attracts older individuals to these jobs is their stability (everyone will always need electricity, water, and gas) and it's an easy transition for those who have served (at least it was for me).

Safer At Home guidelines can be put in place for all tenants and the rentals can be marketed with those guidelines clearly defined (might even help attract prospective tenants).
