Why not just have your iPhone manage it

As long as facebook,apples and googles keep mushrooming here we will continue to see this magic . 1990 there was a bust , 2001 , 2008 but it rebounded equally strongly .

It feels like we are back to normal demand levels, maybe slightly lower because many buyers are scared.The problem with real estate pricing is that it involves multiple parties, an interpretation of data that is not apples for apples and numerous variables.

There are many breweries/wineries, and apple/cherry/blueberry picking in the area that pull in visitors, so there is more to do than then beach :)  Northern Michigan is great too because there's skiing and winter activities making it more of a year-round destination.
