Nice part is if your insurance does not exclude animal liability (I'm seeing it more and more on many insurers forms) the lawyers is also paid by insurance.

Even then, it could be a challenge with this new law.My lease says "no animals may enter without written permission from landlord", and I'm sure yours says something similar.

Correct this is a different animal the notes are based on sound fundamentals not phony make-believe stories like 2008.They did not build enough S.F.H instead they built apartments, duplexes etc...so we have a supply and demand imbalance.

Dallas is a whole different animal from Denver IMO, and I cant say I have really looked into the market like I have some of the smaller areas in my region.
