I wouldn't go Airbnb without a kitchen - Airbnb has really moved away from budget accommodations and shared spaces in the last few years.

The inspector was very thoughtful, accommodating and helpful.

I am happy to accommodate them for a short time - as long as it does not put me into a bad month to find a new tenant.

One will save you money, the other will save you time and headache, it's all about your priorities and what you can reasonably accommodate in your life right now. 

The one time somebody moved out early (and they used the exact same "what is best for my family" line), in order to appear accommodating I told the tenant "the lease requires a 60 day notice plus two months rent.
