Hunting, hay, row crops, car washes, used car lot, community garden, etc.

IE is it level enough to put some farm crops or grow a garden.. or put some animals on it etc.. 

The goal was to do a ground up development but due to the recent pandemic, I may be pivoting to take the concept indoors.

Some attorneys focus more on business, some on landlord tenant, some development and entitlements, some a garden variety with no specialty. 

Several homes nearby had cute gardens, landscaping, and various decorations.
