I found the company upon researching an expired listing I'd been monitoring.

The tenants turned on the prewired and monitored security system (they signed up themselves) without our consent or knowledge.

I'm glad she didn't fill up a bunch of balloons and fly the house off to South America sans GPS. :)  

And while I certainly worked hard, I wouldn't have traded my cushy office, my big computer monitor, my nice lunch meetings, etc, for the work that a lot of Americans do for a fraction of what I was getting paid.Many Americans work twice as hard as I ever did and make a lot less money.

You need to be consistent with multiple campaigns and try and monitor your results.

All these metrics point to additional run up in prices so I would probably wait another year or two, in the mean time I would monitor those market metrics and look for a sell signal.But as I said earlier, I'm a buy an hold... so I haven't really put a lot of thought in market timing as a strategy.Cheers...

I don't want to explain this work around because the banks monitor these forums.

I know regulations for credit unions discuss the need for this as ongoing monitoring and would think bank regulations or letters would discuss it as well.

So I explain to her I just had a GPS survey done, accurate down to the 1/4 inch, this is the line, their NEW landscaping is STILL over the line and I further don't appreciate the dumping of vacuum cleaner crap (with glass in it) or garden clippings on my property (which they were still dumping over the cliff).

Gone in less than 5 minutes . cant honestly say I ever did go to the dump and watch it.. but I was paying guys by the hour.. so I monitored it that way.. great tool
