Closer to $350, I called the court and its around $200 to file against both of them and another $150ish for regain of possession/eviction

When you wholesale you do not use your capital to buy the asset, unless you actually close and take possession (however short that time may be).

So, for example, if you’ve managed to secure possession of a self directed IRA or Solo 401k, with a large amount of capital in it (through Roth gains perhaps), you can purchase your real property, notes etc. through a series LLC owned by the retirement account.
