Is there any important information I need to know that is "up to date" that will assist me on my venture?

Lenders are just like insurance companies and they base metrics and requirements off of data and things they have learned from in failed ventures (loans) from the past.

I tend to forget that when I'm venturing into something new and don't know the "rules" yet.This thread has been great so far.

It seems as though the process in getting started in this venture has literally fast forwarded at such a rapid pace, I can hardly keep up.I am super excited and very confident with the new joint venture.
