I hate to go through more upset then necessary, I already have to go to the Grand Jury on the Extortion case next week, so if I can give him a 24 hour eviction for the Extortion I won't have to procrastinate over the Stalking Protection Order any more, which would be a relief.

Perhaps today (as you are still upset with him) it is, but think longer term - then decide.Doing business with friends and relatives always adds another level of risk

If the OP was under the impression that he was getting a portfolio loan from the beginning, he would have reason to be upset.

@Mel Hignell honestly, I might be initially upset.. but don’t think I would care or do much.

I'd call the firm and ask for the upset price a day or two before the sale.

Please clarify...I believe you are referring to the judgment amount and the upset amounts an ounces at auction.
