Is this another self-eviction tactic?

I can't speak to this outfit, but often times these things are just marketing tactics.

I noticed that most Auction.com listings have a starting bid that is less than what is owed.Is this just a sales tactic, or in a single-bidder scenario (unrealistic) would the property actually be let go for such a low price?

However, you must prove you have something to offer and aren't just using pressure sales tactics to sell things to people while having no real knowledge yourself (all too common in the "real estate guru" space).I eagerly await your reply.

This is one of the many tactics they are taught when being mentored to get into RE.

I think it’s true if it’s an over saturated market that this tactic doesn’t work well but it’s always about your call to action and how to be unique. 

I also felt like they were using fear tactics to get me to sign up for their platinum membership. 

I don't use all of their methods, but their tactics are very useful in terms of how to tenant-proof a house for low-income and Section 8. 

I wouldn't go spending too much time on the "Equity Purchase Agreement" tactic.
